Tier 4 | Elite Company Programs

 

Our Elite Company Program is designed for dedicated dancers ages 6+ who are passionate about taking their training, artistry, and commitment to the next level. This program is intended for highly motivated dancers seeking an immersive and well-rounded training experience within a supportive and inspiring team environment. An audition is required for acceptance into the program.

Our goal is to provide exceptional training opportunities while helping dancers reach their highest potential both technically and artistically. Whether dancers aspire to pursue dance professionally or simply want to elevate their training during their academic years, the Elite Company Program offers an environment that encourages growth, discipline, confidence, and excellence.

Elite Company dancers are required to train in a variety of core classes, including:

• 1 Jazz class per week

• 2–3 Ballet classes per week

• 1 Lyrical class per week

• 1 Technique class per week

• 1 Contemporary and/or Tap class per week

• 1 Acro Technique class per week

​

Optional training opportunities may also include:

• Hip Hop

• Pointe

​

Dancers accepted into the Elite Company Program are required to participate in:

• Our Fall Company Retreat

• Three festivals/competitions in the spring covering all core genres

• Our annual Spring Showcase

• Our Year End Recital in June at the Kelowna Community Theatre

Travel is required.
