Tier 3 | Pre-Competitive Programs

The Tier 3 Pre-Competitive Program is designed for dancers ages 6+ who are looking to further develop their technique, performance quality, and commitment to dance training in a more focused environment.

​

This program is divided into the following age groups:

• Ages 6–8

• Ages 9–10

• Ages 11–13

• Ages 14+​

This program is ideal for dancers who are eager to take the next step in their training through additional technical development, performance opportunities, and participation in competition. Tier 3 provides a well-rounded and supportive pathway for dancers working toward stronger technical foundations, increased confidence, and potential progression into our Elite Company Program.

Dancers in this program train in a variety of styles including Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Acro and Ballet.

Ballet is a required component of the program for all dancers, with the exception of Hip Hop–only students. Hip Hop–only dancers are required to enroll in both a Hip Hop Performance class and a Hip Hop Technique class in order to participate in the competitive program.

All Tier 3 dancers will have the exciting opportunity to:

• Compete in one local dance competition in the spring

• Perform in our Year End Recital at the Kelowna Community Theatre in June

This program is designed to foster growth, discipline, confidence, teamwork, and a deeper passion for dance within a positive and encouraging team environment.
